Washi paper of fate?

My new room in our flat in Berlin has a walking closet – or is it a darkroom? I’m still hesitating if I really want to start making prints again. One thing I love about black and white is that I own the process: take pictures, develop the negatives, enlarge the prints. But let’s face it, I’m both lazy (digital) and into color recently. But perhaps this is a sign: there’s this little store of photo enthusiasts around the corner who just started to offer medium format film based on japanese washi paper.

Perhaps I’ll just start by getting paper developer and some basins and see what happens the next couple of months. Won’t hurt to check ebay classifieds for some enlarger somebody wants to get rid of either I guess ;-)….
